I believe that engagement shapes our dreams, and effort makes them real
My journey began in 2007 at Working For Children – Rainbow Orphanage where I was welcomed into a community that supported me from primary school through my high school graduation in 2014. Growing up at Rainbow, my world expanded through constant engagement with foreign volunteers. They didn’t just teach me English; they shared global perspectives that gave me the courage to dream of a career in science, a path that once felt out of reach for a student from a rural background.
Today, those dreams have become my reality. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) in Thailand. My research is at the forefront of nanotechnology, specifically developing polymeric nanoparticles for targeted gene and drug delivery.
The transition from a young student in a local village to a doctoral researcher was paved by the scholarship opportunities and exchange programs that Rainbow made possible. I am forever grateful for the foundation laid during my time there, which taught me that with the right support, no goal is too ambitious.
How Your Sponsorship Changes Lives
My story is just one example of how long-term investment in a child’s education can bridge the gap between rural poverty and global scientific contribution. When you sponsor a student at Rainbow, you are providing:
- A Solid Foundation: Support from primary through high school.
- Global Mentorship: Exposure to international volunteers and diverse perspectives.
- Pathways to Success: Access to higher education and specialized career paths.
I am proud to be a “Rainbow Child,” and I hope my journey inspires you to support the next generation of dreamers who are ready to make their mark on the world.
